It's not really a huge deal and generally just a minor inconvenience although I almost got mad when it just crashed when I went to do my Free Friend Point Summon for the day and it immediately crashed when I tapped to start it and I worried it would count as having used it up with no results but when I re-opened it the free summon was still there.
