Topic	How often have you not left a tip cause of shitty service?

I was mad because we finished our meal and were waiting for like 20 minutes with no contact to get our checks taken(I had cash, friend had card). The waitress did apologize, said she assumed we'd both be cash. Even so, we need our change back. I could have gotten somebody to go get her, because I did see a back of house employee wiping tables, so partly my fault but oh well. Normally I tip well, and certainly small things won't impact it or even things beyond the servers control.
