Keep in mind at the point the CDC released this, many states were all worried about nicotine bans and blah blah blah but that's not going to solve anything if teenagers keep buying illegal drugs made who knows where. Not really sure what can be done about this though, honestly. THC is still illegal in most states but these stories have popped up everywhere. Plus I suppose you'd still have to be 18 (or 21?) In legal states anyway so imagine there is still a black market with teens for this stuff in those states too.
