And in general, NJ probably has the largest economic disparity between regions in the country. In 2010, we had both the richest and poorest counties in the US, and they were both right next to each other.
i always find the contrast in NJ (mostly north NJ) very interesting. for example Short Hills and Irvington are 7 miles apart but are dramatically different in terms of demographics, income, etc.
