I recently got perscribed a higher dose of a pill I was already on, double the dose actually, but my doctor forgot to mention the detail that I only needed to take 1 pill instead of 2 now, so instead of doubling my dose (to lower blood pressure) I quadrippled it.

It has not been a good last month and change, but at least now I know why.

Anyway taking too little of a drug is an accident, and in fact taking too much (like I just did) can be an accident as well. I mean, if it had been a more dangerous drug I might have died. That would have been an overdose, but not a suicide.
