Its not a hypothetical. People mention male Karens all the time. Just go on Reddit. While Karen didnt originate there, the name is used there a lot. Normally, someone entitled. Especially entitled parents. They mention the male Karens, too. Though, its usually the women who are the ones that cause more problem. Just like how there are more stories about run-ins with entitled moms than entitled dads. They just havent thought of a name yet. Just like Kevin. They have a subreddit for stories about Kevin. Who is usually not the smartest guy. They dont really have a female counterpart. Though, most call her Kevina. And there are plenty of other names. If you say a certain group on names followed by Urban Dictionary, they will give you a very blanket description of a person with that name. It doesnt mean anyone named that is like that. Its more of a way to describe someone without actually describing it every time. And is most used for fun. But you can think whatever you want. But if you do, please go be a Negative Nancy or Salty Steve somewhere else... Or Debbie Downer, or Kevin (or Kelvin, apparently) Killjoy, or whichever you want...

Also, its pretty sexist to think only women can act as irrational as a Karen. And by you calling male Karens hypothetical, it sounds like youre saying only women act like that...
