However you would be putting things into your lungs that you shouldn't and possibly using Nicotine so they are not healthy. E-Cigs are great for helping folk quit smoking though and that's their original reason for existing. I see zero point in vaping without nicotine as at that point you'll just be doing it for the taste and I can taste things without putting shit into my lungs. Edit: On a side note.
