kevwaffles 12/11/19 3:48:41 PM #375:	I found that you generally never have to repeat deliveries to level a facility, with the caveat that you will often be temporarily roadblocked by relying on needing other areas unlocked and some deliveries being locked behind others often with little rhyme or reason.
