The shows are all basically written for an audience of one, and that one is an insane old man who hates everything he doesn't understand, and whose entire knowledge of pop culture stopped sometime in the 1980s. And who also believes that fart and poop jokes are utterly hilarious, and the highest form of humor. And who also apparently just discovered what "cucking" is recently, and is now obsessed with it. NXT (the Wednesday show) is actually pretty good, though. Vince has very little influence on the product, the wrestling and storytelling tends to be way better, and they're more willing to react to what the audience actually likes and dislikes rather than completely ignoring the audience in favor of what Vince likes. AEW (also on Wednesday) isn't terrible either, but it's going for more of an old-school vibe, and can feel a bit rough because they're essentially a start up company still trying to figure out the best ways to do things. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
