Everyone below Musse is "bad." Musse manages to be the dividing line by being one of the biggest mysteries going into CS4, but she became virtually nothing as a character once they stopped making her flirt with Rean all the time. As a character, she isn't very interesting right now, but she at least has potential to be. Along the same lines, Millium made a believer out of me in CS3. She was low tier in CS1 and CS2, so while there are still a lot of characters ahead of her, I just want to make a point to say she was so much better here than she had been previously. --- ...
