So then what was your problem with that poster correctly ascribing the issue of California's housing prices to republican legislation?


CEQA and NIMBYism via local control of housing policy probably has more to do with the high housing costs than prop 13.

SB50 which tried to move control over zoning to the state level was abandoned when democrats control politics at every level statewide

arguing over which party is more responsible is pointless
