(Heimdallr NPC, nothing happened with this (yet!) so I don't even know why I'm tagging this) The bar owner on Towa's Street (What was that, Vesta District?) has the name "Arendt" IIRC that is the same name as the author of a couple of the books you can read from CS1's Recommended Reading (and also in the Branch Campus's library for reference) but since you don't have access to the library at that point and those books don't get added the notebook I could never check.
