The long awaiting sequel to Persona 4 where we follow Chie's career as a hot anime cop! Finished the game on Pt Standard. I'll probably come back and do a PT Ultimate playthrough to finish getting the collectibles sometime after GotY stuff, but I got most of them though. The game itself I think starts out kind of rough, but it gets better as you go on. The combat is as good as you would expect from a platinum game, but I initially was put off by the ranking and progression system. Every chapter requires you to you find all red and blue missions to even have a chance at the S+ rank, but they're straight up impossible the 1st time through because you don't have all your Persona yet which you need to open up various areas. Also it gates missions and treasure chests once you progress too far in a chapter. It wouldn't be too much of an issue if these were smaller chapters because it's a pretty similar system to Bayonetta, but these chapters can be 3-4 hours long if you're t ... Copied to Clipboard! |
