I swear the entire japanese PC porting thing is done by one intern with a bag of chips for the budget. Bad ideas executed poorly with no community response whatsoever after release. Like I imagine the actual board meeting is something like "do we put out a PC version" "I don't wanna, no one uses that shit over here" "ah come on, just do it for like 5 bucks and we'll make a little money and no one we know will care cause it's PC and this is japan". Credit to the few who have done it well. IIRC trails of cold steel just hired an actual modder to do it and it came out great with built in turbo mode, solid optimization, and lots of settings. --- I'm ninja (you can't see me) ...
