I'm pretty sure Millium goes along with the plan because from the beginning she intended to switch places with Altina. Lechter and Claire though, hell if I know.
As for Musse, considering she is teaming up with Vita it wouldn't surprise me at all if she knew some specifics of the Great Twilight itself already simply by asking Vita about it. That being said I don't think her "predictions" were supposed to be super specific anyways? I don't really know
Ah, that would make some sense for Millium. As for Musse, maaaybe. I do think we're supposed to have the impression she was predicting events at a pretty detailed level though. Vita being her source explains a fair bit of it but =/ ---
