That was the last one that I can remember, probably because it was the last one I felt excitement in. As for rallies, Starcraft was tremendous fun. Undertale was fun too, but would have been much better if this site had vote totals along the lines of what it used to. If this site was bringing in 130k votes per day instead of 50k, some of the non-Undertale games might have actually had a chance and it would have felt competitive, rather than like watching the Patriots beat up on the Browns. And now of course we don't get close to 50k votes per day anymore as we did in BGE3. I do remember out votals falling way below that.
