Also corporations are where a large chuck of Americans are employed, for those of you saying they do nothing good with their money.

They replace pre-existing companies that are smaller and more invested in their country/state/locale, they're not making jobs that wouldn't already exist.

Personally I don't see why taxes can't be just handled like a tax rebate i.e. a person without income has a $1000 rebate they can claim on filing. You can rework the tax system so it still taxes mid tier people the same as now but if they're fired, they lose a significant tax burden.
