If you are standard monitor behind keyboard I would stick with 27inch max. If its for PC gaming, ignore the response time advertised they are almost all lies. 144Hz you will not notice but your brain absolutely will subconsciously(I can't game on my 60Hz monitor anymore, everything looks like its jumping). Highly recommend 144Hz, don't really recommend the splurge on 4k. A lot of the MSI monitors you see on sale are actually Samsung panels rebranded, if you are looking for a deal those have been my go to(I picked up a 24" last year).
