ubi could work in a small european country or something, not here

UBI is a opt in thing. If someone is already receiving aid through disability or something they cant get ubi. Also ubi only $1000, you cant live off of that but if your working it adds a little bit more cushion and it helps business since they dont have to increase wages and more people will but their product. I dont really see inflation spiking, maybe a extra bump but not a hell of a lot. Besides Alaska already does ubi, it is very successful there apparently.
