| Simoun 11/20/19 10:51:51 AM #157: | Rhem II SE: The Cave (PC) Jeezus. It seemed alot longer but it's only been 5 days. This game is crazy. Oldschool, puzzle-solving goodness. But whereas the first one was hair-pulling in its convoluted twisting paths (limited by its blocky first-person view), this one was more sequential. It started with a series of rooms that led to a tower that led to an entire railway system. Fucking insanity. The puzzles were mostly mathematical in nature. One of them even having a quadratic equation although thankfully I never needed to revisit my trigonometry books. My brain is mush from this affair and my notes heavy in pencil writings and muses. And there's what, 2 more games of this shit? Do I dare? There hasn't been word on Rhem III SE but I mean, 1 was coming every year so the next one should drop right around the corner. Maybe its time to take a break from abstract pt-clicks for awhile. Or maybe I should start on Myst. Always wanted to beat that series.
