Most cops who go to court walk with no charges, or at the very worst are asked to voluntarily retire. Not so true. Theres so many variables that play a factor in this, such as but not limited to, the city/state where it happened... the DA appointed and their stance/tactics... any pending civil suits... the amount of pressure from the community... hell, even the cops race has to be factored in.
