Topic	Anybody else have their Youtube video thumbnails suddenly become HUGE as fuck?

I would have been fine if I was notified beforehand, but I guess it wouldn't have mattered because YOU CAN'T OPT OUT. Like the fuck!? Did they know it was horrible and made it so people have to endure it on purpose?
