Topic	Do you use up all of your sick days at work

This doesn't seem like a good idea. It just promotes coming into work sick and then getting everybody else sick. Those bonuses are super small too. I didn't miss a day this month. Thanks for filling a quarter of my gas tank eye roll The bonuses are quite small. If you max out all the bonuses for a year, you have made $0.25 an hour more for the year.
