Topic	Do you use up all of your sick days at work

This doesn't seem like a good idea. It just promotes coming into work sick and then getting everybody else sick. Fortunately, I only get sick once every few years, and it's usually only for a few hours (stomach flu). I seem to be in the minority, but I don't think a cold is a very good reason to call out (at least in my situation at a call center in which I don't speak to customers).
