Topic	Do you use up all of your sick days at work

But we do get a $10 bonus for every month we don't call out sick, $50 for a quarter without a callout (Jan-March, April-June, etc.) and $200 for a year without a callout (I should be getting my third yearly bonus for this soon) as I've now worked here four years and only called out once. This doesn't seem like a good idea. It just promotes coming into work sick and then getting everybody else sick. Those bonuses are super small too. I didn't miss a day this month.
