Topic	How much of your life do you spend in your bed?
wwinterj25 11/08/19 12:16:53 AM #2:	40% or less sounds about right. I only ever sleep in my bed and that's around 6 hours a day. Why? My brain sees my "pit" as sleeping grounds. I find it very hard to sleep elsewhere. My brain doesn't "turn off" for long.
