The disdain for the law is rooted in the potential for grave misuse and overreach. I dont know what youre getting at by claiming Hong Kong just wants to freely murder people on the mainland... the law was implemented in the first place because a guy from Hong Kong killed his girlfriend in Taiwan, then returned to Hong Kong and they couldn't do anything because there was no agreement in place Lol acting like Taiwan belongs to the PRC.
