I feel like if you were to ask fans of this game what the most popular, defining, or well-liked songs in the game are, you'd get a lot of people giving this song as an answer for all 3 of those questions. That's pretty much why I felt that this song had to be in the #1 slot. As for the song itself, I love all the emotions it packs into this from dark and tense to calm, somber even. Definitely a shining example of zts at his best. Though, I think this is actually a close second for favorite zts Umineko song. I feel like I enjoy lastendconductor just a little bit more. Piercing the Sky is also a very good representative from VVVVVV's soundtrack, but there's no way I vote against worldenddominator here. I'll show you this golden dream!! Very strong match. MATCH 2 Lake of Tears feels very tropical. Like this kind of composition just makes me feel like I'm at a beach resort or something. Really relaxing song that I like a lot! I feel like I like this long version slightly less, but the main highlights of the song, the vocals and the piano harmonizing, are fortunately still very prominent, so my score for this wouldn't be lowered by that much.
