Because the point of school is to prepare kids for adult life, and adults need to know how to not rape somebody.

So are you also proposing that the schools teach how not to murder somebody courses? How not to rob people courses? How not to lie on your tax return courses? No? Why is that? Because you don't feel it's the responsibility of the schools? >_>
