Topic	9 y/o Boy is charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER for killing his ENTIRE FAMILY!!!

The old man behind the counter dies of a heart attack and guess what the would be robber gets charged with. FELONY MURDER. The law is very clear on this but I guess you aren't aware of that.
