Funny, I see Nintendo as one of the least greedy companies. Resisted the toxic lure of DLC for a long time, and usually offers decent content when it does have it now. Compare to the companies with loot boxes and other micro transactions and like 6 different "deluxe" editions, which still don't come with everything. They're the greedy ones. The reality is, those games drop in price so fast b/c aside from swindling the people willing to buy it full price to have it on day 1, a game to those companies isn't the main source of income. It's a gate way to lure players into so they'll blow tons of cash on additional content. Nintendo makes a quality game, and expects to make its income from the sale of that game, period.
