I actually think 4-2 is a fine case in retrospect...if you don't take it seriously at all. It generally succeeds at what it is trying to do, even though it's overly goofy even for the series.

Far better than the actual worst (non-tutorial) case, 2-3, which fails on every possible level! Bad cast, mostly unfunny humor, lame murder, bad villain, and to top it all of is inexplicably Franziska's send-off case as a prosecutor in AA2. 3-3 is just mediocre by comparison.
