so are you dying or what's going on

I'd really truly honestly like to know. Logic says probably not, my terror addled brain says yes any second. I don't know what to believe. I'll sum up what I know is going on with me.

Anxiety (like real bad, panic attacks and stuff, can't be alone, can barely go outside), fatty liver (not a huge deal, 20% of people have it, I've probably already cured it), gallbladder dysfunction (this one is of greater concern but not sure how much, I've gotten a HIDA scan showing poor function but not crazy poor function, an ultrasound showing nothing, an abdominal CT scan that I'm waiting on the results for, and I need to get an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy scheduled and done), and now an infection, either bronchitis or pneumonia.

The quack of a doctor I went to for my infection just prescribed antibiotics and said ya go ahead and take em whenever, so naturally I took them right away. Wrong choice. Got side effects from the antibiotics (cefdinir specifically) that were not entirely minor. However, my illness is also pretty rough right now. I'm very tired and weak. I can feel fluid in my lungs but it's hard to know if it's the bronchi or the lungs themselves (which is the difference between not so serious bronchitis and fairly serious pneumonia). Due to some of the side effects of the meds I called the doctor and he said it's probably viral so I could just stop taking them if I felt like it.

I did but then I had a double worsening where my fever came back which indicates bacterial infection so I started taking it again. The side effects came back but also got worse with anaphylactic reactions (swollen face, burning eyes). If that progresses your throat can swell shut and you can die so I quit the meds once more and am now deciding when I should go back to the doctors about it (if I can even make it in, I'm incredibly tired and weak). I don't even know for sure if the burning eyes and swelling was a reaction to the medication, it could have just been one of my other dozen issues. Doctors show little interest in clearing anything up or working on more than one issue at a time.

Frankly I'm just mentally destroyed right now. I can't make rational judgements anymore. I really NEED a doctor that actually gives a fuck to manage everything but they won't so I just feel like I'm drowning in everything.

In addition to those more immediate and known issues I have chest pains, chest pressure, dizziness, low resting heart rate (sometimes in the high forties and I am not remotely in shape), low normal temp (around 97.3 average), my fingers, palms, and toes are red and go numb sometimes indicating a lack of blood getting to them however why is unknown. My two leading theories are that I'm effectively dehydrated due to my gallbladder dysfunction. It can cause poor absorption of vitimins and blood tests showed I was borderline even in the ones I eat a lot of daily. I'm also just in general very thirsty all the time. The other idea is heart failure which would explain the low heart rate, temp, and poor circulation to extremities. If I have that, I really could be dying.

I also have joint pain, an odd swelling on my thumbs, a bone spur on my big toe, general coldness sometimes, twitching all over, and probably a few things I'm forgetting. My gallbladder issue makes it hurt badly to eat most foods so my diet is pretty much plain brown rice, apples, and bananas. I've lost 45 pounds in 3 months with no exercise.

I've got an echo (heart ultrasound) and event monitor scheduled for the 23rd which is so far away. Every day is a crisis for months now and I'm just past the limit of my sanity. I have mental breakdowns every few days. I was fine until 3 months ago.
