Hes much sharper and it seems like he actually came prepared. Basically we all need to figure out a candidate to coalesce around quickly or Biden is going to walk away with this and its going to be 2016 all over again. Biden was poop in the first debate, hes still stumbled a few times here but nothing huge. A lot of these fodder candidates need to get out cause now they are just being nuisances.
