Kitana throws her fans and severs her opponent in three sections, summons one back, then kicks it at the severed head balancing on the other fan. I don't think this one is as convoluted as, say, one of Scorpions or Sub-Zero's. But the point of throwing a sai at it is to show off after you beat your opponent.
