| Mega Mana 03/01/19 10:48:30 AM #165: | 34. Beat a game with an animal lead Sonic Mania What It Is: The fifth game in the Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis series. - What a gem! Lots of fun to be had, though it was a bit easier overall than other Sonic games I've tried (and failed) to beat. Actually, withSonic Adventure 2: Battle, I believe this is the second Sonic game I've ever actually beaten. I still have to get all the Chaos Emeralds someday and truly truly finish it up in style, but actually defeating Robotnik for the first time ever (SA2 was Eggman =P) feels good. One thing of note: I didn't even realize I was on the final boss for about two weeks now. I just kept quitting because I didn't want to use up any continues... not realizing this was the very last level. Only today did I play well enough to actually get some extra lives and hit the boss where it hurts most.
