Every three weeks he may shove a preselected enemy Merc into his own personal worst case scenario; they will be magically trapped on Mars under similar circumstances as he was. A side topic will be held asking if the selected merc can survive for 90 days on the surface of Mars, supplied with nothing but a functioning oxygenator, a water reclaimer, some seeds and a small supply of potatoes. Should the merc accrue more No votes for survival than Yes votes after seven hours, they will be KOed.
