Yeah the whole fiasco of Flynn claiming that he was deliberately misled into lying is hilarious when the FBI interview showed the agents interviewing him were literally trying to coax him into the RIGHT answers and he still chose to lie. I think this is as good a time as any to bring up that this is a real incongruity in our justice system. If anyone but a prosecutor was coaxing witnesses into giving answers they want in exchange for something of value (like not going to prison), it would be considered witness tampering. And I thought Blagojevich was prosecuted in federal court? Trump can start by pardoning him. Might as well issue a blanket pardon for all offenses related to campaign finance law, under the grounds that the president believes the law is unconstitutional.
