To elaborate on what I mean a bit Ava thinks she can pass as a human to everyone based on a sample size of the one dude she convinced, and has also, despite having next to no real world experience, or even much knowledge given that the programmer guy had intentionally kept her from accessing knowledge bases, thinks that she would have no problems to work through that didn't involve someone exposing her as a robot, even though they've been shown to be very humanlike in durability.

To me leaving for dead the guy who was helping her seems less of a cold calculating logic kinda thing and more of an impulsive, human kind of move. Like, a human without morals or empathy, but you know, not a particularly well thought out move. Which I dunno maybe that was beside the point but that was just the cherry on top of a lot of her actions that irritated me as seeming a bit too human for their own good because they served to drive the plot in the proper way.
