Nasus is the first type for sure, but he has two things going for him:

1) A reasonably spammable ability that gets stronger every time you kill something (Enemy champions, minions, monsters, whatever) with it. Infinitely.
2) A short-ranged (but still ranged) skill that slows a single enemy champion by like 90%, letting him actually catch people if he can get in range to use that skill

He's actually one of my favorite champions to play. Just stacking up into a midgame 1v1 god and splitpushing to victory is both super relaxing and immensely satisfying

Also there is a champion at T who does the "grab and pull" part pretty well.

But Blitzcrank was already ranked??????
