He's just a massive hypocrite because, as the article says, if the roles were different and it was someone Hannity regards as "lower" than him in a crime that's not white collar enough for him, he'll immediately call them all sorts of shit.


I agree. Hannity would most likely speak differently if the scenario involved different people. More importantly, yes, you should never speak to police or any investigating authority without your legal counsel present, maybe not even then. Eye witness testimony can also be incredibly unreliable, but courts use it anyway in a lot of cases.
