Maniac64 11/19/18 8:03:18 PM #20: | Do they run a particular lot (or not a particular lot) of any of these? Does it matter whether it's a big event or small? 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 are the most common. They run 4 v 4 a lot. Very rarely run triple threat or fatal four way singles matches. No real change in types of matches for big or small shows. What % of the show is matches? (as opposed to angles) Does THAT change between big and small events? Small= 90% matches. Big=80% matches. Its mostly matches. Are they particularly known for Banning cursing and blading (family friendly!) I'm really unsure on scripted or improvised but I would guess more scripted (but by no means fully) Please rate the importance of these styles as None, Very Low, Low, Medium, Heavy, or Key Feature: Traditional: (good guys v. bad guys in wrestling matches) - Heavy Mainstream: ("wrestling as entertainment") - Medium? I mean they do definitely focus on the entertainment but wins and losses really matter. Comedy: Key Cult: (countercultural feel) - Medium Risque: None Modern: (flashy indy-type stuff) - Medium or heavy. Maybe Realism: (stiff and practical and slow) - Very Low Hyper Realism: (MMA influence) - None Hardcore: Very Low Lucha: Heavy Pure: ("wrestling as sport") - Medium? I mean they do definitely focus on the entertainment but wins and losses really matter. Daredevil: (crazy bumpzzz) - Medium Maybe Lopen can weigh in on a few of those. Would you consider their matches particularly intense? Dangerous? Not usually. More dangerous than WWE for sure cause of high flying stuff but its often very lighthearted outside of the big matches. They have women, right? Do they wrestle guys or have their own division? Equal Rights Equal Fights. First ever woman to hold the top title in a non-female company. The women generally wear clothes, right? Definitely lol. Family Friendly PG entertainment. There are tecnicos and rudos, right? yes and they are called that. Do they make a big deal about weight divisions? None. Everyone fights everyone. --- "Hope is allowed to be stupid, unwise, and naive." ~Sir Chris ... Copied to Clipboard! |
