Just don't get discouraged, unless they're just assholes, your coworkers aren't frustrated with you, there just isn't any time to help you learn in a proper manner. jUst do what you're told and you'll pick up more and more and when you do new stuff don't be afraid to ask questions. Also RXConnect sucks, a lot of stuff at CVS sucks, have you done PCQ yet?
