Any reasonable person would assume that a person asking you to shoot them doesn't actually want to be shot.
Any reasonable person wouldn't egg someone on who has a weapon on them.
Ehh, it sounds reasonable to me, because again, it would be unreasonable to assume a person is going to shoot you just because you asked them to.
Ehh, it doesn't sound reasonable to me, because again, it'd be unreasonable for me to egg on an unpredictable and frustrated individual, who literally has a gun that can potentially end my life.
I guess you kinda got to be in that situation. I was once robbed at gunpoint, at one point the gunman looked over to his accomplices and asked them "what do you think, should I shoot him?" and I just chuckled and told him "you're not going to shoot me." That was kind of like daring him to do it. All I could think was "I am nobody to this person, he's not going to spend decades in prison over me."
Criminals don't always think that far ahead or logically.
If you were so confident he wasn't going to shoot, why bother handing over your wallet in the first place? Should have just keep walking and chuckling, right? ---
