That seems like a bad analogy since if you're young (heck or any all other than old) and you're relatively healthy then getting covid isn't actually that big of a deal except in exceptionally rare cases, to the point many have had it and never noticed. I can't think of a situation where you could be in a car accident so minor it had no adverse effects on you or the car.

Remember that the vaccine was orginally pushed not because of the danger covid presented to the average person but because that average person could infect a vulnerable person who might actually get seriously ill or die. Most of those people are vaccinated themselves or still social distancing yeah? In that case what real reason is there for a healthy young person who (say in my case) interacts with few people to spend the time to go get it?
