I mean why calculate the monthly price of a service youre paying yearly when you save money getting the yearly deal. Only a fool would do such a thing. And youre not getting the 3 months for a dollar or taking advantage of sales on the price. You can get codes off Amazon and places all the time. But you dont actually have to look for because Microsoft literally gives automatically gives you deals all the time. But the most hilarious thing. You know game pass is only 2 and a half years old right? No one has paid a grand for game pass and no one will until at LEAST 2025. Unless theyre horrible at math and/or finances like yourself and are buying 8 years up front. and this is the real kick in the pants to your line of thinking. Ive been subscribed to game pass for, maybe a year? Lets assume Ive payed the $120 for it, which isnt true and Ive taken advantage of many sales, but for arguments sake. Just now, I counted how many games I have saved on my Xbox One that I got EXCLUSIVELY from game pass. Keep in mind these are not all the games Ive ever got and played, just the current ones. 57 games. And Im talking actual GAMES. Not demos, no bullshit, I did not count anything that wasnt at least a $40 title at some point. So at that evaluation, 57 games at $40 a piece is $2280. Which would take me NINETINE years pay that much into the service at full price. But thats not all. Because the best part of game pass? Its also on PC. So it really doesnt matter in the end how badly you can try and skew the math against consoles. Youre welcome to try out a fantastic service thats more than worth the price of admission. --- Like 90% of CE topics are the same way lol.
