Youre assuming that said current event ended at the time of your post, which simply isnt true.


But something new has occured or development or update so whatever you just spoke about on that event is old news or written in history so it falls under the past. So the current event can never be an actual topic on this forum since we are always operating in a delay


That isnt necessarily true. For example, the volcano Kilauea in Hawaii has been continuously spewing magma onto the Earths surface for years now. It quantifies as a current event, and said event has not concurred.

Its written in history, but as long as it is still occurring - its a current event that isnt wholly in the past.


But the amount of lava ejected and gas coming out is ever changing so that data is never fixed or current
