Idk if that will work for most people. It seems that being around people causes high stress for them.

Idk, I'm diagnosed bipolar II and borderline personality and that's helped me more than anything else - especially during periods of mania because mood stabilizing drugs have zero effect on me. Antidepressants and benzodiazepines have worked for depressive states but caused my mood swings to be much more erratic and much less manageable long-term. I hate borderline because I feel like I'm evil because I hurt everyone close to me to the point that they're as emotionally damaged as I am...It's the worst. I don't talk to anyone outside of stop and chats anymore...Even then it's rare since I've dropped literally everyone from my life and ghost people the first inkling I get of them trying to get close to me.

Not everyone's the same so they gotta find what works for them, but eating healthily, exercising, and practicing mindfulness has helped me tremendously and I really don't think trying any of those would hurt anyone, idk.

It's going to sound dumb, and I'm not diagnosed with any form of anxiety, but still get anxious on occasion - think of it as an energy you're sorta collecting. It can overwhelm you, tear you apart, or you can try and channel it elsewhere...be it exercising, writing, etc. Idk. Just my two cents, so I guess take it with a grain of salt :)
