What a joke that is. High speed chases are outlawed in many places because they cause danger. Letting him flee and then arresting him at his home would have been far safer. And I'm sure you also hold the notion that the officer was RACIST, despite the criminal's actions and behavior throughout his life, and ultimately leading up to and including his death.
