I had just awoke and was initially pissed because my morning cartoon routine before school was now a news broadcast of some sort, until I paid attention to what was being displayed on the TV then started to understand just how terrible the attacks were. I still recall sitting there watching the news in disbelief. Believe I was 13 at the time. I was the same way when Princess Diana died. I was mad because EVERY channel was covering that and I couldn't watch my cartoons. Didn't realize what had actually happened until much later. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
